Leopard-work in progress
I am honoured to have been invited to be part of an international wildlife exhibition next year that is being hosted in Namibia by the Kayamoja ArtConnects Trust, a charity that supports conservation. The exhibition will also give an opportunity for young local artists to exhibit their work with a wildlife theme which in turn will encourage the love and respect of these animals.
At 22 hours the leopard is about halfway through. I still have more spots to add and the values have to be adjusted and foreground/background to be added as this lovely cat was resting in the shade. I find leopards a challenge with their spots but I do enjoy drawing them and aim to improve with each one I do.
